Living a life affected by cancer in whatever way is difficult, there’s no doubt about it. There are some organisations out there who have worked with people in this position before and can provide help, should you want it. I’ve listed a few of those that I’ve come across here, but I’m sure there are others out there if you do some googling!

carersCarers.org provide support to all carers including Young Carers and Young Adult Carers. You can find your nearest support group on their website.

cruseCruse have information about bereavement on their website and also offer bereavement support in many areas. More information is on their website.

HopeHope Support help young people with a close family member who has a terminal illness. They are based in Herefordshire but also provide online support.

MacmillanMacmillan offer support to anyone affected by cancer. There are discussion boards on their website as well as information on where you can get further support.

marie curieMarie Curie help those living with terminal illness. They have a helpline as well as lots of information on their website.
